We spent Christmas at this hotel and had a wonderful time. the staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the room was spacious and clean, with soft and comfortable beddings. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful with a wide variety of choices. We also appreciated the ample parking space and the stunning countryside views from the window.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, services were excellent and the fact that it had a restaurant for breakfast on site and a Toby Carvery for dinner right next door couldn't have been better.

The quality and comfort of the room but also the bright modern and clean breakfast area.I particularly appreciated the two breakfast options .As a visitior from Canada I cannot handle the "full English breakfast " so the `continental `and its very fine selections really set me up for the day .This was my first Premier Inn experience and you can be assured I will be recommending you to those I know are visiting the UK
I did not bring my mobile phone with me when I left Canada because I assumed that the Premier Inn would ( like Canada and US )hotel chains ,have guest phone and internet facilities in the room .When I found that there wasn`t and not even a guest phone facility in the hotel lobby I was a bit ticked off at having to go accross the street in the rain to a public phone booth. While I didn`t have to make very many calls had it not been for the kindness of the staff to place a call for me and use the hotel phone my stay and visit would have been a different experience .With most people owning mobile phones I can understand not wanting to incur the cost of wiring the hotel However I do think you could spring for one phone in the lobby for guests

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the Buckhurst Hill area. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the difficultly in finding accommodation in this area. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, being next door to a Toby restaurant and just a short tube ride away from the centre of London. The attentive staff provided top-notch service, and the basic amenities in the well-presented rooms were perfect for our family of four. Lastly, the beautifully served breakfast, which was included in the price, was a delightful way to start the day.
Everything at this hotel was just perfect!

The staff are superb; ebullient and keen to help. The hotel is clean and well appointed and the standards overall far exceed standards provided by hotels that are considerably more expensive. The breakfast is particularly good value and freshly cooked to your order. The adjoining Beefeater restaurant / pub also offers excellent value and prices are modest by London standards.

The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless rooms and tidy shower facilities. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, making me feel welcome and cared for. The location, near the forest, was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the hotel offered convenient parking and easy access to public transportation, with Buckhurst Hill tube station just a short walk away.
Don't have any issues at all.

During my Xmas stay, I was pleased with the clean and well-maintained rooms. The location was convenient, with good public transport links within walking distance. The hotel also had great parking facilities, which made it easy to come and go as I pleased.
The limited internet access, with only 30 minutes of free time per day. Nowadays, most hotels offer unlimited access.

The curtesy phone call received on the morning of our booking was a great touch. Booking in was easy and efficient. The room was comfortable.
The biggest problem was the dustbin lorry turning up at around 6.30 to 6.45 am and the noise associated with emptying bins from the resturant attached. Returning to sleep after that proved unsuccesful. The lack of a bath was disappointing to my wife.

what i liked best during my stay was the best location that this hotel has, for the ones who look for an underground station, a near supermarket, very good restaurants in the surroundings and of course, the peacefull and lovely place that is buckhurst hill. there is no rush like in london and i love it :) About the staff, they were all 5 stars, especialy Dayane who was the most talkative and very helpful. I hope to see you all again in a close future :) hugs
In my opinion, for the people who stay more than a week in the hotel for example, they should have included the grab and go breakfast meal. Another thing is the lack of free internet :) everywhere there is internet, and it should be free in the hotel.

This hotel offered great value for money, with prices that were reasonable considering the quality of the service and amenities provided. The staff were attentive and showed great attention to detail, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the nearby Toby pub and the Buckhurst Hill tube station. The rooms were well-equipped, with two children's beds available, making it a great option for families. The breakfast was a highlight, with a beautifully served meal that included a variety of options.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.
